Job Title planning and plans for a sunroom

Detailed description of the works Hi.. Briefly, we have a 3 bed semi detached, which we extended to the side and over, also extended the full width of the house at the rear for a large kitchen. We want to put on a 'sunroom' at the back of our existing kitchen, approx 15ft by 13 ft, to have a separate sitting area for either ourselves or kids. We got full planning before and architect gave us a certificate of compliance, but will need planning again for this. I have all previous drawings with measurements and so on, so in theory, this should be straight forward enough.. I don't have the site map, thats all.... we had planning problems last time with a neighbour from hell next door, wasn't entertained but painful and delayed things.. Can you give me a price on this, or tell me how you work, I'm in meetings, but best time is around 11, or after 3pm. Thanks, Ivan
